Dear everyone

In response to your various communications, an unfortunate series of technical hitches with the mailing company (nobody's fault and not intentional!!!) resulted in the late posting of the information for next week's ECGA. However the information did go out A mail and anyone living in Switzerland is guaranteed to receive it by the end of the week. For those across the border there may be a problem if the post is slow, and we have tried to deal with this by putting notices in every reception area of the school and having supplementary invitations available there for those who have not received them by Monday.

I am attaching a copy of Ron Forrest's covering letter which may be used as you think best to alert the community. However, the invitation itself is printed on blue card for security reasons, so parents will need to pick these up from the school. As a further fall-back situation, there will be people on the gate on Tuesday evening with extra copies, in the event that anyone should have lost theirs or not received it. Please note, though, that if everyone relies on picking up an invitation at the gate this will cause considerable traffic congestion and the meeting will probably get off to a late start, so people should be urged to collect invitations from school on Monday or Tuesday morning if the mailing has not arrived.

I hope all this will answer your various queries.

Kind regards

Jenny Buffle
